Nothing to reorder
Pouches are a Consumable. The Order Never Quite Stops.
A pouch is issued to a pupil, carried by that pupil, and leaves with that pupil. Every September the new Year 7 intake needs a pouch, and through the year you top up for the ones that are lost, damaged or never handed back.
Every September
The new Year 7 intake needs a pouch. That order goes in again every year the policy runs.
Every Term
Pouches are carried, so they get lost, damaged or never handed back. Replacements are bought through the year, not just in September.
Every Morning
Forgotten pouches become a staff problem before the first lesson has started.
Two Ways to Run a Phone Free Policy
Illustrative, over five years. Pouch spend assumes around £3,500 a year, covering the new Year 7 intake plus the replacements bought through the year. Cash back is 15% of the revenue generated at your school, paid annually.

You Cannot Forget a Locker
Nothing to remember
Nothing to lose
Nothing to replace
One place, one routine
Sized to the space
Storage Solves the Phone. It Does Not Solve the Phone Call.
Once a phone is in a locker, every ordinary reason a pupil would have reached for it lands at reception instead. My Home Call gives that traffic somewhere else to go: a secure kiosk where a pupil identifies themselves with a facial scan and sends a short pre written message to a trusted contact. Every pupil in the school can use it, whether or not their family has taken a locker.
No queue at the office. No number to remember, and nothing to download.
The KIOSK is For Every Pupil.
A locker is not a condition of reaching home.
The parent sets up the account
A parent or guardian creates the child’s profile in the My Home Call app and chooses the trusted contacts. Under 18 accounts are always set up and managed by a parent or guardian.
The pupil identifies at the kiosk
The pupil enters their name and completes a quick facial scan. There is no password, no app to install and no number to remember.
The message goes home
A short pre written message reaches the trusted contact instantly. Contact is always started by the pupil, and phone numbers are never shown on the kiosk.
The School Pays Nothing.
The School Gets Paid.
The hardware is funded by us, so there is no line in your budget for lockers, kiosks or installation. Our revenue comes from the families who take a locker. Where they do, 15% of the revenue generated at your school comes back to you as an annual cash payment. It is not a discount off a future order and it is not a credit note. It is cash, and the school decides what it is spent on.
We pay for the hardware
Lockers, kiosks, installation, remote management and support are funded by us. The school signs one agreement, not a purchase order.
Families take a locker
A locker comes with the full My Home Call account built in, up to four trusted contacts, at no extra charge. Billing is handled by us. The school never handles payments.
We track it by school
Every locker is attributed to the school it came from, so the figure is auditable and reported to you.
We pay it back annually
Once a year we pay 15% of that revenue to the school, with a statement showing exactly how it was calculated.
One Agreement. One Install.
No Invoice.
Site survey, hardware, installation, remote management and support are delivered together and funded by us. The school signs once, does not project manage two suppliers, and does not raise a purchase order.
Built so It Cannot Be Misused.
My Home Call is a biometric safety platform. The kiosk does one job, and it is locked down to that job.
Pre written messages only. No free text conversation.
No browsing, no social media, no access to anything but the app.
My Home Call is the sole data controller. The school holds no pupil records, is neither controller nor processor, and needs no Article 28 data processing agreement. The school is simply the location.
Contact is always started by the pupil.Nobody can reach in.
Phone numbers are never displayed on the kiosk.
Biometrics and consent refresh every year. The facial hash is permanently deleted within 30 days of non renewal, account closure or consent being withdrawn.
Voice calling is disabled at the kiosk. No SIM, no internet calling.
No message history is ever kept.
The Things Schools Ask us First.
Top common questions and answered.
We do. The lockers, the kiosks, the installation and the ongoing support are all funded by us. Our revenue comes from the families who take a locker, not from school budgets. That is also why we can pay 15% of it back to you.
The school signs one agreement covering the lockers, the kiosks, the install, the ongoing management and the annual cash back. It is not a purchase order and there is no capital cost. Ask us for a copy before you commit to a site walk.
The lockers and the kiosks stay where they are, and the school still pays nothing. The cash back is a share of whatever revenue your school generates, so a quiet year means a smaller payment, not a bill.
A compartment for their child’s phone, and the full My Home Call account built in, with up to four trusted contacts. There is no separate app subscription to buy on top.
Yes. Every pupil in the school can identify at the kiosk and message home. A locker is not a condition of reaching a trusted contact. No child is left without a route home because their family did not take one.
They can download My Home Call from the App Store or Google Play and use the free account with one trusted contact, exactly as any family in the UK can. Their child uses the kiosk in the same way as everyone else. They store their phone however the school already asks them to.
No. My Home Call works alongside whatever storage you already use. If your pouches are working, keep them and add the kiosk so that everyday contact with home stops arriving at reception. If you are replacing them anyway, lockers remove the annual reorder and cost you nothing to install.
No. My Home Call is the sole data controller. The school is neither controller nor processor, holds no pupil records, and does not need an Article 28 data processing agreement with us. The school is simply the location where the kiosk sits.
No. Voice calling is disabled at the kiosk in hardware. Pupils can send a short pre written message to a trusted contact that a parent or guardian has already approved, and nothing else.
The full platform, including calls, works from any phone. If their own phone is lost, stolen or on a flat battery, they can borrow a phone, go to the My Home Call website, identify themselves with a facial scan and reach a trusted contact. There is nothing to install on the borrowed phone.
Every locker is attributed to the school it came from. Once a year we total that revenue, pay 15% of it to the school as cash, and provide a statement showing how the figure was reached. The school does not invoice us and does not chase it.
We start with a site walk to confirm placement and power. Fitting is scheduled around your calendar, and a summer install for a September go live is the usual pattern.
