Download the app and create a secure profile for yourself or for your child. Add your biometrics and a secure word or phrase, choose your package, and add up to four emergency contacts (one on the free version).

Identify yourself from any device

Lost access to your phone? Visit myhomecall.com on any borrowed device, tap Identify, enter your name, and complete a quick facial scan. There are no passwords or numbers to remember.

Reach your contacts securely

Once identified, choose to call or send a pre-written message to your emergency contacts. Messages are pre-written to prevent impersonation, so no one can ever ask for money through My Home Call.

When you identify yourself on a borrowed phone, your personal number is never shown on that device. Your contacts receive a clear, pre-written message telling them you are safe, that you are lost and need help, or that you are unreachable.

Because messages are pre-written, they cannot be used for fraud. Your secure word is included in the message so your contacts know it is really you, and you identify with nothing more than your name and a facial scan.
